The company's new production base is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in November 2025, located in Nanxiong, Guangdong, covering an area of 50 mu, with a total investment of 126 million yuan. It is planned to build 3 Class A workshops and 1 Class C workshop, equipped with 100,000-level clean production spaces, and 11 fully automatic aerosol production lines and 2 liquid filling lines, with a daily production capacity of 600,000 cans. At the same time, a 9,000-square-meter intelligent warehousing system will be built to achieve full-process intelligent control of production and warehousing. The base has passed the dual certifications of ISO9001 quality system and ISO14001 environmental system, and has formed a professional quality inspection team of 12 people with an average of over 6 years of experience. It completes more than 8,000 batches of product tests throughout the year, with a detection data accuracy rate of 99.8%, strictly controlling the entire process from raw material storage to finished product delivery, laying a solid foundation for product quality.
